We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your nail polish order, and we are here to help. Below, we've outlined our return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience:
1. General Return Policy:
  - Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not allow any returns or exchanges.
  - We will only accept returns and issue refunds for products in the following circumstances:
- The product is broken or damaged upon arrival.
- The product is lost during shipping.
  - Please be aware that due to the nature of some nail polish pigments, such as thermal nail polish, we cannot offer a guarantee after 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping and Delivery:
  - Once orders leave our hands, we cannot control the expected delivery time or any potential delays in shipment time through the USPS and the Canada Post.
3. Tracking Information:
  - If your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier but the tracking hasn't updated in over a week, please let us know.
Please note that during high-volume periods, we may print shipping labels in advance as we prepare orders for dispatch. In these cases, it’s normal to see no movement for a few days while your package is being processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
4. Replacement Orders:
  - If your order still cannot be found after the 48-hour tracing period, we will be more than happy to send you replacements for your lost or delayed items.
